Ann Arbor Turbo Rats
Ann Arbor Turbo Rats
In the early 90s, the streets of Ann Arbor were crawling with trouble—rats on rollerblades, zipping through alleys, stealing pizza crusts and sneaking into frat parties. One night, during a blackout at The Big House, legend says a pack of these turbo-charged rodents skated straight onto the field, grabbed a bat, and started blasting balls into the bleachers like they owned the place. The crowd went wild, and the Turbo Rats were born.
Now they roll into every game with neon wheels, backwards hats, and bad attitudes. They don’t just play baseball—they treat the diamond like a skate park, grinding bases and popping wheelies past shortstops. Lose to the Rats and you’ll leave without your dignity… and maybe without your girlfriend. They’re not technically a real team, but in Ann Arbor, you can still hear the rumble of their wheels and the crack of their bats whenever the night gets rowdy.
